Rainy Tuesday

And I am still in my jammies.  School has been over for a week now and I am just getting settled in, or out(?)  This morning I got up bright and early, had two cups of coffee and went right back to bed.
Yesterday was kind of a rough one.  I took a tumble down some stairs and today I am sore.  I think I am going to make a big pot of  homemade spaghetti sauce and homemade pasta.  Tonight I am going to play around in my sewing room.  Clear away all of the microbiology notes, layout some fabric and make some summer tops and capri's.
Life is good even with the bumps and bruises today.

Sorry to hear about your fall. Last year I tripped and fell while walking the dog. (I was sober at the time too)I wasn't paying attention hit an uneven part of the sidwalk and started hurtling towards the pavement. Scraped both hands and knees, and almost landed on the dog. If anyone was watching I'm sure they had a good laugh. But when you are older and fall it takes a few days to recover. How awesome that you sew....this is a nice time for you to just "be". I sent you an email. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Sugar pea, please don't hurl yourself down the stairs anymore. Yes you are a sockmonk, but even a sockmonk can come up sore after that!

Spaghetti cures almost all ills, and your plan to make some things for yourself sounds lovely. :-)

As someone who lost my balance quiet frequently before I went deaf (your balance is located in your inner ear). I know taking a tumble down the stairs hurts like hell. Hope you feel better soon. Thinking of you sweet Friend. (Hugs)Indigo

So sorry to hear of your tumble, I've done that on a couple of occasions and it's strange that now when I'm sober I am just uncoordinated...I hope you're healing and have enjoyed the time to clean and organize.
many hugs gently...

Sounds like the spaghetti is just the thing to soothe some aches and pains of the body and spirit.
