This is my last day as a smoker. As of midnight tonight (Sunday) I will no longer be smoking. I have enjoyed every single cigarette.
Goodbye cigarettes,
Hello extra ten bucks a day
Good bye cigarettes,
Hello whiter teeth
Goodbye cigarettes,
Hello nice smelling clothes,hair,car,house
Good bye cigarettes
Hello healthier lungs and skin
Goodbye cigarettes
Goodbye...

I sit outside the 24-Hour Club on the "smoking" side of the "porch", it has been 32 years since my last cigarette. I could be back in the blink of an eye.
As you made a list in your blog, I also used our program to stay stopped
and it is the hardest thing you'll ever do.
I'll pray for your success--it HAS to be God's will for you!
I wish you success!
Congratulations! I'm sure you'll be blogging about it and I will be here reading! Have a wonderful Monday!
you won't regret it!! congrats and good luck with it. you can do it!
Congrats to you on this choice - good for you ! I am so happy for you!
God bless you in this. I need an inspiration!
I am thinking good thoughts for you as you get through this first twenty four hours...I hope you are doing well and am so glad that you are quitting! You can do this!
I'm so proud of you. I wish I had quit a few years before I did, I might of had healthier lungs and not ended up with Emphysema. Wishing you all the strength you need to quit once and for all. (Hugs)Indigo
Congratulations!! I quit years ago and it's still hard, but I'm so happy I did.
You can do it! I've been struggling this last year..off and on...was a nonsmoker for 4 years but picked it up again in sobriety. I know I can quit....I've done it many times....I hope you only do it once. xo
I, too, was a smoker. I understand the magnitude of kicking this addiction. Well done, my friend :)
